Hey everyone, it’s us, Nicky and Kira! We visited Japan. We loved it. We’re grateful. And we want to share our memories with family and friends and whoever ends up reading this. The genesis for the trip arose when Kira’s company (Notion) started planning a series of events in Tokyo and Kyoto. For a while, the trip was planned, Kira had her special business visa, and Nicky was preparing to fly solo while she traveled—the borders were still closed to tourists due to COVID restrictions. But just before the departure date, the borders opened, Nicky found a plane ticket and joined the fun. Nicky wrote most of what’s written below, Kira took most of the pics! We hope you enjoy.
